OLX is looking for a Platform Manager to join the Customer Success team in Lisbon. The Customer Success team enables and supports high performing customer-facing teams (Sales and Customer Service) across OLX Europe with the goal of increasing their operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a Platform Manager you will own and be responsible for the tools of our customer-facing teams use. The role is part of the centre of excellence, working in a diverse, cross-functional team supporting 14 businesses in Europe.
What you will be doing:
The Platform Manager will set up a team of Salesforce Admins which are part of Customer Success product packs (Sales and Customer Service) and work on projects, enhancements and priorities of their pack - these are aimed to improve those operations, both in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Working alongside Sales and Customer Service packs, and acting as a subject matter expert, your role is to understand business objectives and provide support to your team.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Helping Salesforce Admins understanding the business requirements and the work performed between the different packs
Defining the success criteria for platform performance and sustainability
Defining the architecture and the best practices on how to use Salesforce and other connected apps
Accountable and owning the development and deployment process;
Growing the team:
Support the team with the necessary knowledge around the existing platform, leading them with the best practice solutions to reinforce the business needs
Responsible for guaranteeing that Salesforce Admins working on the packs deliver all the ongoing Salesforce enhancements and projects;
Vendor relationships management:
Owning the vendor relationship with Salesforce, working with the customer success manager, partnering and identifying opportunities to improve and increase the platform adoption
Owning vendor relationships for existing vendors used on Salesforce (eg: CTI vendors), partnering and identifying opportunities to improve, lead and increased the platform adoption.
At least 2 year of experience as a technical subject matter expert in the areas of :
Salesforce pipeline management, including: deployments using different tools (like Git, GearSet ), bug fixing and development
Solution and Architecture design - build, innovate
Salesforce Integrations, using AppExchange
Experience in partner/vendor management from running RFPs, managing the partners to the successful implementation and continuous support
At least 1 year experience in managing a team, growing talents, feedback conversations, setting goals
Working with product teams in an Agile framework
Being flexible to changes
By managing partners, being assertive and commercial minded
Having administration skills to manage budgets, RFPs and proposals.
