Graduated from higher education in one of the specialties: psychology, pedagogy, law, counselling; Minimum 3 years in the field of staff recruitment/ HR/ recruitment consultancy/ employee integration; Minimum 1 year managerial experience; Knowledge of MS Office; Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken); Understands the business model and vision of the organization, demonstrates the ability to think strategically; Very good communication and relationship skills; demonstrates empathy and encourages collaboration in the company by example; Results-oriented, with a spirit of initiative, able to identify opportunities for company development; Excellent planning, organization and problem solving skills; Category B license holder and availability to field trips in the interest of work during the program.
Leads and organizes the entire activity of the headquarters in Lisbon, coordinates the activity of the people in the team, their development and performance in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and the satisfaction of the beneficiaries; Communicates, delegates and provides support to the subordinate team ensuring knowledge of the strategy, encouraging their assumption of responsibility in order to achieve company-wide objectives; Organizes and monitors the activity of colleagues in the subordinate team; Identify, attract and retain in the team employees with experience and excellent results; Analyzes data and creates specific reports as requested by management.
